Dr Nnadozie Chukwuemeka Denies Reports of Police Manhunt, Calls for Investigation

Dr Nnadozie Fortunatus Chukwuemeka, popularly known as “Fortee” among friends and associates, has denied reports circulating on social media suggesting that he is on the run or the subject of a police manhunt.
Speaking during a telephone conversation, Dr Nnadozie expressed shock and embarrassment over the reports, describing them as false and damaging to his reputation and integrity.
According to him, claims circulating on several social media platforms that security agencies are searching for him do not reflect his knowledge of the situation.
Denies Allegations of Using “Fake Receipts”
Addressing allegations that he used “fake receipts” to defraud unsuspecting members of the public, Dr Nnadozie strongly denied any involvement.
He said he has been occupied with his academic activities and has not engaged in the activities being attributed to him.
Rather than allowing the allegations to remain the subject of social-media speculation, he called on the appropriate security agencies to conduct a full and impartial investigation to establish the facts and identify anyone responsible for wrongdoing.
“I am not on the run, and I have not received any invitation from the police or any other security agency concerning these allegations,” he said.
Dr Nnadozie added that he would willingly make himself available to security agencies should he be formally invited to assist with any investigation.
Calls for Caution Over Unverified Reports
He also urged individuals and social-media users circulating the claims to exercise caution and verify information before sharing it publicly.
According to him, allegations capable of damaging a person’s reputation should not be presented as established facts without proper verification or confirmation from the relevant authorities.
He maintained that an investigation by the appropriate agencies would provide an opportunity to establish the truth and, where wrongdoing has occurred, bring those responsible to justice.
A Known Camphope Organisation Supporter
Dr Nnadozie Fortunatus Chukwuemeka is also described as a core member of the Camphope Organisation and a longstanding supporter of Governor Hope Odidika Uzodimma, CON (Onwa Oyoko).
For now, Dr Nnadozie maintains that he is not on the run, has not received any police invitation concerning the allegations, and remains willing to cooperate with any lawful investigation.
